- amazing sunrises/sunsets, the sunrises on the way to work recently have been beautiful.  It's like God saying "good morning"
- a good hug
- reading with a hot beverage on a raining, dreary day
- discovering things in common with new friends
- freshly baked cookies
- good surprises (like receiving two bouquets of flowers on your birthday!  Thanks sisters and Jon!)
- being recognized for something unexpected
- making a good play in a sporting event (softball, kickball and ultimate frisbee have been my most recent experiences in this, although they are few and far between)
- running into an old friend
- family time
